INDUTHERM MC Series Mini Casting Systems

All jewellery designers have waited a long time for this innovation:
a compact casting system for small studios, with which high-quality casts can be made economically. We have now launched this kind of casting system in two different versions:

The MC 15+ for the very fast and uncomplicated casting of single models in high quality and every metal, even in steel or platinum

The MC 50 for the production of smaller casting trees in gold, silver and other special jewellery alloys, for technically small series casting in aluminium, copper and other metals

In order to make the step into the world of casting as simple as possible, we also offer the complete equipment.

A complete casting system covering just a few square feet.
On the table on the left: Vacuum investment machine for bubble-free mixing of the investment compound and filling of the flask. The integrated vibrator eliminates any possible airlocks.
The 1100°C furnace for melting out the wax and burn-out the form.
Mini casting machine, here the MC 15+.
Sand blasting cabinet for easy removal of plaster.

adjustable speed, timer, vibrator

Furnace: temperature max. 1100° C, temperature pre-selection,
high-quality insulation, furnace interior size: 228 x 165 x 228 (h) mm

Sand blasting cabin:
air pressure: 270 l/min at 10 bar, 150 l/min at 5 bar,
connection for suction system, foot switch for adjusting pressure
