Pellet Casting Machine

This machine has been developed for casting alloys or production leftovers into pellets with a pre-defined weight or size. A hydraulic ejector allows the pellets to be collected easily. The machine is based on the VC 400 model.

High temperature systems for metallurgical analyses

The VRM 70/VRM 200 are especially developed for metallurgical analyses.
Temperature range up to 2.000 °C. Suitable for steel and non-ferrous metals like platinum, for crucibles up to 300 g.

VRM 70    crucible  50 ccm
VRM 200    crucible 155 ccm

High temperature die casting machine VTF 1000 for melting and casting of steel and Pt in large quantities

The VTF 1000 (Vacuum Tilting Furnace) is a one-chamber system, designed with the focus of application on the processing of metals and alloys with high melting temperatures, e.g. for creating new alloys or for the melting down of production remains like scrap, casting main sprues or buttons.
Material may be molten under vacuum or protective gas. Pouring into a die is released by swivelling the rocker.
30 kW induction generator, melting capacity 1000 ccm, temp. max. 2000° C

Magnesium Casting Machines

Vacuum Pressure Casting Machines with a special security kit for the processing of magnesium parts. They are constructed according to the strict security requirements and guarantee a safe and easy casting of magnesium – and of course of every other metal, too.

Special constructions for industry, Science and Research

What invariably develop into the most exciting challenges are requests from customers for machines that don’t exist. Such requests usually come from R&D departments in industry, specialized foundries, but mainly from research institutes and universities.  And as our motto is ”No is not a word!”, Indutherm’s specially-constructed machines can be found in the scientific faculties of various European universities and in many research institutes.
