The Melting Machines TM and MU Series

With the TM and MU series we offer melting machines for many different demands and with crucible capacities from 200 ccm up to 4900 ccm. The material is molten in open crucibles and poured by hand into the mould.

Table Melting Machines TM Series

The TM series are affordable, compact melting units for companies with small casting volume. The induction generator works with higher frequency to melt down quickly without loosing mixing energy. The TM 50 C with ceramic crucible reaches a max. temp. of 2000° C.

Melting Units MU Series

Flexible melting furnaces designed to melt gold and silver alloys and as well as aluminium, bronze, brass a.s.o.
Due to the strong induction generator (15 kW) and the low induction frequency the stirring effect of the metal is excellent.
The V or VV versions include one or two additional extra large capacity vacuum chambers. The short distance between melting and pouring leads to high quality cast even with filigree parts.

Advantages of open systems

They are ideal for all melting processes with an extensive formation of smoke and oxides, which should be absorbed. As no sealing rod and no covering is limiting the available space, also large parts may be molten without any problems
