TF 3000 C high temperature tilting furnaceThis melting furnace has been specially designed to melt large quantities of steel or other metals with a high melting point. The strong induction generator and low induction frequency means very good mixing of the metal can be achieved. The main areas of applications are:
| VTC 200 vacuum/pressure casting machineThe VTC 200 combines the features of two series:the VC series construction and the MC table top series principle of tilted casting. With an induction generator of 15 kW peak performance, a maximum temperature of 2000°C, a 200 ccm ceramic crucible, and manual or automatic vacuum / overpressure function, it has been possible to create the VTC 200 as a first class high temperature machine for casting platinum, palladium, copper beryllium or steel – with an unbeatable price / performance ratio. All parameters can be monitored and controlled via the new LCD display. Pouring takes place using a motor drive to tip the entire melting / casting unit. The automatic pouring function with precisely controlled pouring speed ensures reproducible casting results. | VTC 2400 vacuum/pressure casting machineThe VTC 2400 has been specially developde for the precision investment casting of steel. With 16 kg of steel per casting this machine offers a capacity previously unknown to many users. It isdesigned as a double chamber differential pressure system. Melting and pouring can take place under vacuum or inert gas. To pour, simply tilt the entire inductor housing, together with the crucible and casting mould. The VTC 2400 can be used for shell castings, sand castings or flask castings. The ceramic crucibles have been specially designed for our high temperature casting machines. They exhibit excellent resilience to extreme heat, ensure a minimum loss of energy and allow a lower ambient temperature in the melting chamber. |
