The INDUTHERM melting machines MU, TF and TM series

These three series of machines operate on the same technical principles as our VC series. Only the mechanical construction and the handling are different.
In these cases we do not have a closed mechanical system. The crucible has to be taken out or has to be tilted to allow pouring.



These furnaces can be used for gold and silver alloys as well as for aluminium, bronze, brass or even for steel (C-versions with ceramic crucibles).

The generators operate with low frequency and are optimised to achieve a quick melting together with a strong metal mixing.

Crucible volumes are variable depending on your requirements.

Advantages of open melting systems

They are ideal for all melting processes with an extensive formation of smoke and oxides, which should be absorbed. As no sealing rod and no covering is limiting the available space, also large parts may be molten without any problems.
